Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Carrier Most items are shipped as standard shipping via the United Parcel Service (UPS) unless you select United States Postal Service (USPS) however this is not included in free ground shipping offers.
• UPS Standard takes an average of 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
• USPS Standard takes an average of 6 to 10 business days for delivery.
• All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via air with an upcharge.
• All orders ship from California.
* Note: UPS does not offer standard delivery on Saturdays. USPS does complete deliveries on Saturdays.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed on Monday. (No orders are processed on Saturday and Sunday)
• Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except on holidays)
• There is a holiday during this time, shipments will be delayed.
• Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska can only be shipped via USPS Express.
• UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO or FPO boxes. Packages sent to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO must be sent via USPS. No exceptions are possible.

Customers with mismatching billing and shipping address must complete and send a Credit Card Verification Form before their order can be shipped. Individual Customers
• Order processing time is typically 1 to 2 business days
• Standard to 2-Day shipping methods from UPS and USPS are available to customers located outside the continental U.S.
Dealers
• Order processing time is typically 3 to 5 business days depending on the quantity of items you order.
• Freight collect is available for Dealers located outside of the continental U.S. If you have a UPS/DHL/FedEx Account Number, please include the account number under the “Customer Notes” section when you place your order.

Do you offer gift boxes?
For individual customers: Yes, we offer free gift boxes to come with each purchase. If you would like to receive a gift box with your order, please make a note of it during check out. The package does not come gift wrapped.
For dealers: No, we do not offer gift boxes to dealers at this time.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
